The short version
We collect only what you send us directly. We do not sell or share it. We treat every inquiry as confidential by default. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
1. Who we are
Viridian Pacific Capital Partners LLC (“Viridian Pacific,” “we,” or “our”) publishes this website at viridianpacificcapital.com. For privacy questions, contact us at info@viridianpacificcapital.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number (optional), the role you identify with, your company, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Netlify) logs basic technical information about visits — such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps — for security, performance, and abuse prevention. We do not use third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics cookies on this site.
3. How we use it
We use the information you share only for the purposes you sent it to us:
- To reply to your inquiry and have a substantive first conversation.
- To evaluate potential transaction or advisory fit, where applicable.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you, as a matter of ordinary business.
We do not use your information for marketing automation, advertising, or training third-party machine learning models.
4. How we share it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Our website form is processed by Netlify, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Our email correspondence is handled by standard business email providers. These vendors are bound by their own security and confidentiality obligations.
- Professional advisors. Where a conversation progresses toward a potential transaction, we may share information with our legal, accounting, or financing partners under customary confidentiality.
- Legal process. If we are required to by law, court order, or valid legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. Confidentiality of inquiries
Inquiries from founders, advisors, and co-investors are treated as confidential by default. We will never contact your customers, employees, or competitors without your explicit approval. If you submit information about a business, we will not reference that business externally without your permission.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to serve the purpose you contacted us for, and to maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see the next section.
7. Your choices and rights
You can write to info@viridianpacificcapital.com at any time to:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any records we are required to keep.
- Withdraw consent for any further contact from us.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you additional rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
8. Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our host may set a small number of functional cookies necessary for site operation and security. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted through this site. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet; please do not send sensitive material non-public information through the contact form.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
